was open to all student of the University regardless of your department.

the WINNER of the competition with 4 and half points, while Sodiq Ayinde, a

with 4 points and Faruq Omotosho, a 400 level student of Business Education was the
second runner up with 3 and half points.
In the female category:
Asmau Hassan, a student of Tourism department was the
winner for the female category of the competition due to the fact that her
opponents refuse to show up for the competition. She had to work all her
opponents over to win. Should I say her opponents were afraid because they already
knew she was going to win?
The participants were awarded prizes accordingly and
three winners will be representing the University in any chess competition for
the current session until another competition is held and new winners emerge.
Do you have what it takes to beat the school
champions? Then you are welcome to play at the college of Education, KWASU.
